Happy Friday, everyone!
I’ve got another wintery post in store for y’all to wrap up the week. I’ve been obsessed with light pink winter accessories since last year when I bought this GIANT pink scarf from Urban Outfitters. (I regret not getting the black one, too.) Bri spotted this pink hat at Zara a couple weekends ago from afar and knew it’d be right up my alley. I couldn’t say no.
I’ve really upped my pink game since moving to the city. I’d probably describe my style as chic but a little edgy most of the time. I’m not sure what it was, but I started to add some feminine pieces into the mix a little bit more and more. If you told me I had a pink suitcase a couple years ago, I would have laughed in your face. Oh, how things change…
How adorable is this pom pom though? I love the colors.
I bought this coat a couple years ago because it’s comfy and I thought it was fun. I knew people would probably think it was weird, but I really didn’t care. I’m such a supporter of a “you do you” attitude. While it’s fun to follow the latest trends, I love when people can also put their unique twist on a look and style it in their own way. If I could give any style advice, I’d probably say to be confident. If you want to wear a dark purple lip, why not? If you want to style a fuzzy coat that has a leopard liner (yeah, not pictured), who’s stopping you? Okay, okay.. If you’re going to work you’ve got to be professional so don’t go crazy. I know. You get my point though, right?
And yes, I know this coat is pretty on trend now. Ha!
