Happy Wednesday, y’all!
I’m sitting in a cozy coffee shop right now, so let’s chat. In my last blog post I talked about my aspiration to be my best self this year, which means I’m continually thinking about how I can do that. One thing I’m focusing in, which seems so simple, is sending more cards! Whether it’s a thank you note or just a “I miss ya” card, I need to get back in the hang of sending some good ol’ snail mail, especially since so many of my friends and family don’t live in Chicago. There’s something special about getting mail from somebody in your life, and in today’s world I think we need more of these special moments.
I’ve partnered with Basic Invite to create these thank you and stationery cards, and I just love them!
My favorite part of Basic Invite is that everything is so customizable. Seriously, they have almost unlimited colors — over 180 to be exact. I had so much fun picking out what styles of cards I wanted, then I got to play around on the site picking out my color options, changing the fonts and adding a little Hannah-like language to make them more personal. When you’re on the site, it changes everything in real time, and it’s super easy to use. I’m a very detailed person so being able to align everything the exact way I wanted definitely gave me some satisfaction. You’re able to create custom samples, too, trying out different paper options (the Luxe Velvet one is super cool and made me feel a little fancier!) and different envelope colors. They even have foil detailing options in gold, silver and rose gold… love.
In addition to thank you cards and stationery, you can create custom invitations and announcement cards. I obviously don’t have a wedding or baby coming anytime soon 😉 but couldn’t help but look at all the pretty options they have. Even if you need to send a simple invitation to a party, you can customize all their event invites to fit your need.
Can’t wait to see what you pick out. Make sure to send me a note or message me on social to share! Have a great rest of your week! xx
*This post was sponsored by Basic Invite. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Y’all know I wouldn’t share anything I didn’t truly love.
